T & C Motorsports Pty Ltd offers this website, including all information, tools and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

Certain products or services may be available exclusively online through the website. These products or services may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only according to our Return Policy.
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor’s display of any colour will be accurate.
We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at anytime without notice, at the sole discretion of us. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Any offer for any product or service made on this site is void where prohibited.
We do not warrant that the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations, or that any errors in the Service will be corrected.
SECTION 6 – REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY
As per the Australian Competition & Consumer Commission we are NOT required to give refunds, credits or exchanges under the following conditions:
- When no proof of purchase is provided (original invoice)
- When the fault or damage to the goods was caused by the customer
- When the customer knew about the defect before purchase
- When the customer has simply changed their mind or made an incorrect selection – in some instances, as an act of goodwill we may accept the item back for credit – A 20% restocking fee will apply where the goods are returned within 21 days. Returned goods must be resale-able as new – damaged or opened packaging will not be accepted.
*Returned goods will not be accepted where the time frame exceeds 21 days
SECTION 7 – WARRANTY
T & C Motorsports Pty Ltd guarantees the goods or services we sell are of acceptable quality, match the description or the part number requested, are fit for their intended purpose & will have any manufacturer warranties honoured. If a good or service we sell fails to meet a guarantee, we will provide a ‘remedy’ – and attempt to put right the fault, deficiency or failure. In some instances Manufacturer warranties will require the goods to be returned freight pre-paid by the consumer direct to the manufacturer.
SECTION 8 – DAMAGES (shipping)
All goods are carefully inspected before being packed and are in good condition when shipped. Damage claims must be made with the carrier, not with T & C Motorsports Pty Ltd. If the delivery looks damaged, sign & mark the consignment note “damaged.” Any claims on short shipped items must be made within 10 days of purchase directly to T & C Motorsports Pty Ltd
SECTION 9 – ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.
You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.
